Info to pay Class 3 contirbution to increase pension plz

Hello 

I am a UK citizen but have lived in Portugal since 1986. 

I hope to get a basic Portuguese pension.  

As a UK citizen i understand i am entitiled to UK pension or about £142 a week. 

How willl i receive this money? I do not have a uk bank account. Can it be paid to my portuguese account? 

I shall reach retirement on 9.12.1959

I have been paying some class 3 contributions. Is it possible to back pay class 3 contributions to recevie more pension.
